Meet Rob
A North Kingstown story, three generations deep.

Today, Rob serves as Director of Policy and Intergovernmental Relations for the Rhode Island Treasury, where he has championed legislation to help low-wage families save for the future, expand retirement access for private-sector workers, and help towns like North Kingstown protect themselves from the threats of climate change.
in medical debt cancelled for qualifying Rhode Islanders through the Medical Debt Forgiveness Program Rob administers.
An attorney licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Rob worked in private practice as a litigator handling banking, land use, and commercial disputes before entering public service. He has taught as an adjunct professor of legal studies at the Community College of Rhode Island, where he is a member of the teachers' union (NEA).
He holds a bachelor's degree in international affairs from George Washington University and a law degree from Villanova University School of Law. Rob is treasurer of the Young Democrats of Rhode Island and serves on the boards of South County Habitat for Humanity and the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities.
North Kingstown deserves a representative who has already delivered results — not someone who is still learning the ropes.
Born here. Raised here. Ready to deliver for North Kingstown.
Priorities
A focused agenda for the town we love.
-
01
Affordability & Housing
North Kingstown has an affordability problem that is forcing people who grew up here to leave. Rob will fight to expand housing working families can afford — for the teachers, firefighters, and first responders being priced out of the town they serve — and to help incomes keep pace with the cost of living.
-
02
Protecting Our Coast
As a waterfront community, North Kingstown faces real threats from climate change: coastline erosion, rising insurance costs, and risks to the fishing industry and the blue economy at Quonset. Rob has already helped towns prepare through his Treasury work and will make coastal resilience a priority at the State House.

Education
Every child deserves the education Rob got in North Kingstown's public schools. He'll work to fix the state funding formula, expand career and technical education, and keep investing in the public schools that make families want to call North Kingstown home.
